Kezar Endurance
Come out to the track to work on your speed, endurance, and power with this cardio focused class. You'll use the track to record times, the bleachers for work on power, and a mixture of bodyweight and resistance exercises for strength. Perfect combination for anyone looking to lose weight, get faster, or become stronger!
Beach and Bleachers
Aquatic park has all the essentials: A beach, some bleachers, and hills right near by! Great for all levels, this class will be a mix of strength and cardio using sandbags, resistance bands, bodyweight, and the surrounding terrain. Some days we may be in the sand for natural resistance, others we’ll challenge you on the bleachers, stairs, and hills.
Full Body Friday’s
Finish off the week with this full body class outside the Chrissy Field Center. Work on your speed, agility, power, strength, and mobility while enjoying fresh ocean air and views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Class is great for all levels!
